Week 8

Ehm, well, yeah no. No schedule because I have to write my final essays, but I go for a one hour walk in the park every day 🙂

Week 9

The last essay had to be submitted on Monday, afterwards I felt free and light as a feather and went for a 30-minutes run in the park. On Tuesday I did a 30-minutes workout at home. There will be a delay of my fitness goal I suppose, because of all my illness and stuff, but the most important thing is, that I stay determined and carry on!
